Awakepilot Pro purchase terms, personal license scope, and consumer rights.
Company and scope
These terms cover the Awakepilot website and Pro personal software license supplied by Codentum L.L.C., a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Contact: hello@codentum.net.
Awakepilot Pro
The planned price is USD 29, paid once, for one person on up to two personal Macs. Awakepilot requires macOS 13 or later and supports Apple Silicon and Intel. The pricing page lists the included features.
Personal license
The license permits perpetual use of the purchased major version. Ownership of the software and branding remains with Codentum. Future major versions are not promised as part of this purchase. To replace a Mac, remove the license from the old Mac and activate the replacement within the two-Mac limit.
Trial and free features
The app provides a 14-day Pro trial. Manual wake sessions remain available after the trial. Private purchase restoration is planned for the start of paid sales.
Payment and delivery
Paid checkout is being prepared and is not live. When sales open, checkout will show the final amount, applicable taxes, license entitlement, delivery method, and payment seller before payment. The payment seller’s buyer terms apply to its transaction; these terms describe the software license supplied by Codentum.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase, for any reason, including after download, activation, or use. Follow the Refund Policy to request it. A refunded paid license is no longer valid: remove it and stop using it. Free manual sessions remain available.
Your rights and changes
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed software. Contact us about defects, duplicate charges, or failed delivery even after the voluntary refund period. Changes apply to future purchases and do not reduce rights offered at an earlier purchase. Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law apply, subject to mandatory protections where you live.

For support, license delivery, restoration, or refund questions, email hello@codentum.net privately with your purchase email address and order ID. Do not send full card details, security codes, passwords, or license keys. Our Privacy Policy explains local app data and support and purchase records.
